What a relief!
To know how easy and affordable it is to ease your weary muscles.
Who said massage is a luxury? We all know a good massage is absolutely a necessity. And places like the Sunset Foot Spa make it possible for everyone to take advantage of some good, strong massage therapy.
Clean, yet a bare bones décor, this place is set up to give you the stress relief you need in an on the go fashion.
We’re all so rushed these days and sometimes going for a full body massage doesn’t fit into our busy schedules. I took an hour out of my day to check out the Sunset Foot Spa and was thoroughly satisfied.
The menu of services is simple. They offer a Combo Massage, which is a neck, shoulder and foot massage, a Foot only massage, or a Full Body massage. Each service comes in 3 time schedules reflecting the price, and each foot massage comes with a foot soak first. I love a hot foot soak to start the relaxation process. I chose the combo massage and was completely satisfied.
You don’t need to make an appointment but I did and they were ready for me when I arrived. You also don’t undress which saves time on each end of the service. I recommend wearing loose pants or at least not skinny jeans. Your massage therapist will work as far up the leg as they can, and there is a little twisting and stretching involved so make sure you can move in what your wearing.
Parking was easy, and the price was right! 60 minutes $25. I’m not joking. Be kind with the tip, these massage therapists work hard for it. Another plus: they give you a punch card so after 10 you get one free.
I wish the water for the foot soak was a little bit hotter. It was warm but warm goes cool fast in a soak. Although, as soon as the shoulder rub down began I quickly for got about the water and fell into a deep breathing mode that helped relieve the huge knots in my neck.
